Halal home finance estimator
An interest-free estimate: in a murabaha the bank buys the home and sells it to you at a fixed, agreed margin, paid in equal instalments. Enter the price, your down payment, the bank’s margin and a duration.
Estimated monthly instalment
DZD 48,000
Estimate only. Each bank sets its own margin, duration and conditions. Buyutkom is not a lender and promotes no interest-based product.
How a murabaha works
You choose the home. The bank buys it and sells it to you at the purchase price plus an agreed margin. You repay that fixed total in equal monthly instalments over the agreed duration. No interest is charged, and the total never changes.
Offered in Algeria by Islamic banks such as Al Baraka and Al Salam, and by the Islamic-finance windows of the public banks.
This estimator models a murabaha: the bank’s margin is set once, at signing, on the amount financed and the duration, so the total you pay is known on day one and never changes. It is a guide, not an offer. Islamic banks and the Islamic-finance windows of the public banks each set their own margin, maximum duration and eligibility.
Before you sign
Budget for the down payment
Banks expect a meaningful share of the price from you, often a fifth or more. The larger it is, the smaller the amount financed and the smaller the bank’s margin on it.
Compare the total, not the instalment
Because the margin is fixed at signing, every offer can be compared on one number: the total you pay. Ask each bank for it, along with the duration it is based on.
Leave room for the extras
Notary fees, registration, agency commission and any work on the property sit on top of the purchase price and are not part of this estimate.
