The rules for using Buyutkom — what we do, what you agree to, and what you should always check for yourself.

1. What Buyutkom is

Buyutkom is a marketplace that lists properties on behalf of registered estate agencies. We are not an estate agent, landlord or vendor.
We are not a party to any tenancy agreement, sale, or other contract you enter into with an agency or property owner.

You agree to give accurate details when you register, and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
One person, one account. Accounts are for individuals — agency staff are added to an agency’s branch rather than sharing a login.
You must be legally able to enter into a contract in Algeria to make an offer through the site.

Agencies apply to join and are reviewed before their listings become visible. We may decline or revoke an agency’s access.
Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, availability, photographs and property details, and must have the right to market each property they list.
Listings are moderated before publication and expire after a set period unless renewed. We may remove a listing that is inaccurate, misleading or no longer available.

Listing content comes from agencies, not from us. While we moderate listings, we cannot guarantee that every detail is accurate or current.
Always verify price, availability, measurements and legal status directly with the agency, and view a property in person, before paying anything or signing anything.
Never transfer money to secure a property without independently confirming who you are paying.

An enquiry or offer submitted through Buyutkom is a message to the agency. It is not a binding contract, and an accepted offer on the site does not itself transfer any legal interest in a property.
Agencies decide whether to accept, reject or respond to an offer. We do not mediate negotiations.

Do not post false, misleading or unlawful content, impersonate anyone, or list property you have no right to market.
Do not scrape, copy or republish listing data in bulk, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

The service is provided as-is. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may update these terms; continuing to use Buyutkom after a change means you accept the updated terms.
