What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it — in plain language.
Last updated: 12 August 2026
What we collect
- Account details you give us when you register: your first and last name, email address and, if you choose to add one, a phone number.
- Agency details when you apply for a business account: trading name, registration number, contact email, phone number and branch location.
- Activity on the site: the properties you save, the searches and alerts you set up, and the enquiries or offers you submit.
How we use it
- To run your account, keep you signed in and show you your saved properties, searches, enquiries and offers.
- To pass your enquiry or offer to the agency marketing the property, so they can reply to you directly.
- To send the email alerts you have explicitly switched on, and transactional emails such as account activation and password resets.
Who we share it with
- The agency you contact. When you send an enquiry or make an offer, your name, email address and any phone number you provided go to that agency so they can respond.
- Service providers that host the site and deliver our email. They process data on our behalf and cannot use it for their own purposes.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Email alerts
- Saved-search alerts are off by default. You choose whether a saved search emails you when a matching property is approved.
- You can delete a saved search, or turn its alerts off, at any time from your dashboard.
Cookies and local storage
- We store your sign-in token and your language preference in your browser’s local storage. These are needed for the site to work.
- We also use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages are visited, and roughly where visitors come from. It sets cookies in your browser and sends this information to Google. We use it to improve the site, not to advertise to you, and we do not link it to your account. You can opt out with Google’s browser add-on, or by using your browser’s “do not track” or blocking settings.
Keeping it secure
- Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to the site is over HTTPS, and agency accounts can only see the enquiries and offers made on their own listings.
Your rights
- You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data.
- You can update your name from your dashboard profile at any time.
